Bayo heads the Advisory team at Trium. He has over 19 years experience, the last 10 of which was with PwC’s Advisory team in West Africa serving largely Financial Services clients on strategic technology and digital initiatives. Before joining PwC, Bayo held various roles in a leading Nigerian Bank, spent a year with the logistics and distribution arm of the Dangote Group, and served as an analyst in the Treasury team of Cadbury Nigeria.

He is experienced in delivering technology-enabled business transformation and business performance improvement solutions for clients across various industries. I'm passionate about digital transformation in the financial services space. He has worked with clients to leverage digital technologies to deliver their strategic business goals/ objectives

such as:

• business growth – organic (customer acquisition/ engagement) and inorganic (due diligence, transaction

support)

• business model transformation

• customer service and experience transformation

• operational efficiency

• cost optimisation

Bayo holds a post graduate degree in IT, Management, and Organisational Change from Lancaster University,

Lancaster, England and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a Member of the Project Management

Institute.
