Mr. Olamide Olajolo has about twenty-six (26) years of experience in the insurance industry, spanning various functions such as risk management, business development and sales, and technical operations. He was formerly the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Nigeria Liability Insurance Pool and the Vice President, Business Development, Heirs Insurance Limited.

Prior to these appointments, Mr. Olajolo spent sixteen (16) years at Zenith General Insurance Company Limited, where he headed Technical Operations and Business Development. He joined Zenith General Insurance Company in 2004 as a pioneer staff and was appointed Executive Director, Technical Operations in January 2018. He joined Heirs Insurance Company Ltd in 2020 and was appointed Managing Director of Nigeria Liability Insurance Pool in January 2021.

Olamide obtained a B.Sc (Hons) in Insurance from the University of Lagos, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2010, and a Master of Risk Management (MRM) 2016 both from University of Lagos

He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (FCIIN) and Risk Managers Society of Nigeria (FRMN).

He has attended various courses and training in Nigeria and abroad and is happily married with children.
