Mrs. Vesta Nunoo - Chairman
Mrs. Vesta Nunoo has over eighteen years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), England for over fifteen years and a member of the institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG).
Mr. Olusegun Ogbonnewo - Non-Executive Director
Mr. Olusegun Ogbonnewo is a Director in TenGen Holdings Limited with over 27 years’ professional experience in the financial service industry cutting across banking, human capital development, operations, payment systems and financial technology.
Mr. Richard Osei-Anim – Non-Executive Director
Mr. Richard Osei-Anim is an Associate and Chartered Insurance Practitioner of the Associate Chartered Insurance Institute of London, UK. He has over 15 years’ experience in insurance and risk management and has worked in the past with Burrows Keith Group, CGU Insurance and broking giants like Aon and Miller Insurance Group.
Dr. Yaw Adom-Boateng – Managing Director
Dr. Adom-Boateng is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (FCIIG) and the Chartered Insurance Institute of UK (FCII-UK). He is a seasoned insurance professional with over 22 years of experience in the insurance industry.

MRS. PEGGY ONWU – NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mrs. Peggy Ufanima Onwu is an experienced professional with over 20 years of accomplishments in banking, revenue management, risk management, and change management at senior leadership levels. Mrs. Peggy Onwu commenced her career at Chevron Nigeria Limited, following which she gained several years of experience as an Investment Officer before advancing to become an Assistant Manager at United Bank of Africa (UBA).
OLAMIDE OLAJOLO - NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr. Olamide Olajolo has about twenty-two (22) years’ experience in the Insurance industry cutting across insurance underwriting and sales. Mr. Olamide Olajolo was formerly the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Nigeria Liability Insurance Pool and the Vice President Business Development at Heirs Insurance Limited/Heirs Assurance Limited.
Linda Antwi-Donkor - Non-Executive Director
Linda Antwi-Donkor is a distinguished business executive, bringing over three decades of multi-sector expertise in financial services, energy, and mining to the board. Her career is defined by senior leadership roles at global organizations including KPMG, and Deloitte, as well as executive positions at Keegan Resources.

Abayomi Ogunshola – Head, Technical Operations
Mr. Abayomi Shamusideen Ogunshola, is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (FCIIG) and a seasoned chartered insurance professional with over twenty (20) years track record in Underwriting, Claims and Reinsurance Administration with wide experience in Risk Management and Marketing.
Enock Narh – Chief Finance Officer
Enock Narh is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM) in Accounting & Finance from the University of Cape Coast.
Seth Sorgah – Head, Sales & Distribution
Seth Sorgah has several years’ experience in insurance with expertise in sales. He is also knowledgeable in underwriting, claims administration and reinsurance. Seth has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Pentecost University College, Ghana.
