Dr. Adom-Boateng is a seasoned insurance professional with over 22 years of experience in the insurance industry. He is a Chartered Insurer and was elected a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK in 2007. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (FCIIG). He holds a Master of Business Administration Certificate from the University of Western Sydney, Australia, Master of Applied Business Research, and Doctorate in Business Leadership Certificate from the Swiss Business School, Switzerland.

Dr. Adom-Boateng is a Post-Merger Integration Specialist Certificate holder from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions & Alliances, Austria and a Certificate in Strategy Execution from Harvard Business School Online. His expertise spans over 22 years in areas such as Corporate growth strategy, Workgroups & Branch Operations Management, Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance, Risk Management, bancassurance, e-insurance, and company financial strength rating (GCR). He has mentored several millennial insurance professionals to successfully complete CII qualifications.

Dr. Adom-Boateng is also a visiting lecturer for Motor Insurance at the West African Insurance Institute (WAII), Banjul, Gambia. He won the Ghana 40 Under 40 Awards – Insurance category in 2018 and the Insurance Professional of the year awarded by the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (CIIG) in 2019.
