Adebayo Adewolu brings over two decades of expertise to the helm. He was instrumental to developing Trium’s unique approach to venture investing and as Chief Executive Officer, he leads the strategic vision and executive decision-making, guiding Trium and the team towards sustained growth and innovation. Prior to joining Trium in 2019, Adebayo spent over a decade with PwC’s West African Advisory Team, focusing on delivering strategic technology and digital initiatives for a variety of clients largely within financial services.

Adebayo’s professional journey has also included various roles within a prominent Nigerian bank, preceded by a year with the logistics and distribution arm of the Dangote group. He completed his National Youth Service (NYSC) as part of the Treasury Team of Cadbury Nigeria Plc.

He holds a postgraduate degree in Information Technology, Management & Organizational Change from the Lancaster University Management School, Lancaster, England and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria.

He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a member of the Institute of Directors, and an esteemed member of the Project Management Institute.
