Mrs. Ojinika Olaghere is the Managing Director of Rickela Consulting Limited, a management consultancy business involved in training, capacity building, coaching and advisory services. She is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of professional experience in banking, administration and consulting.

She commenced her career as a translator at Tropical Farming Magazine and the Embassy of Guinea. She also worked at Coopers & Lybrand (Chartered Accountants), now PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Her career in the financial services industry commenced in 1991 when she joined Ecobank Nigeria Plc as an Assistant Banking Officer and rose through the ranks to the position of Deputy General Manager. She joined Access Bank Plc in 2007 and retired as the Executive Director, Operations and Information Technology after 11 years of excellent service.

Mrs. Ojinika Olaghere holds a Second-Class Upper Bachelor of Arts Degree in French from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and a Diploma in French and Literature from Université de Grenoble III, France. She is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the winner of the 1988 ICAN Foundation Level Prize. She has also attended courses at Harvard Business School, INSEAD, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, London Business School and Lagos Business School.

Mrs. Ojinika Olaghere sits as a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of NGX Group Plc, Access Holding Plc, First Ally Management Limited and Coscharis Technologies Limited. She is currently the Chairperson of the Board Audit and Compliance Committee and the Board Establishment and Remuneration Committee of Coronation Life Assurance Limited.
