Mrs. Chioma Adaobi Okigbo has over 30 years of experience in investment management, asset and resource management, banking and financial advisory. She started her commercial banking career in 1995 with Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, where she became a Deputy Manager by 2000, when she moved to work in Asset & Resource Management Holding Company (ARM) Limited for 16 years and held the Managing Director role for two of their businesses over her last 7 years.

Chioma served on the boards of several companies while at ARM and currently serves on several boards including MODD Management Company Ltd, PPC Nigeria Limited, Prindex Properties Ltd and Tchikamalor Nig Ltd. She is also a Trustee on several non-profit boards such as Real Estate Unite & Mzuzah Africa.

Chioma is the founder and C.E.O. of Modd Management Company Limited (MODD), an investment management and administrative company with Assets Under Management of over N85billion, which was grown from scratch. MODD was founded to manage and administer assets on behalf of clients and provide a single view of all their investments. She also co-founded Rekit Financial Advisory Ltd, a corporate investment advisory firm that provides a platform for independent and objective investment decisions for corporates and individuals.

Being interested in giving back, she also co-founded an online community called Enterprisexperts where she routinely trains and provides guidance to entrepreneurs on business issues and concerns. This platform partners with skilled mentors to work with these entrepreneurs and assist them in raising needed equity and providing guidance for their business continuity.

She holds a B.Sc in Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and is an alumnus of the INSEAD management program, Transition to General Management. She has attended several courses and programs and routinely serves as a trainer for many asset management companies.
