Mrs. Adesuwa Okunbo Rhodes is a highly experienced private equity, venture capital and investment banking professional. She has over 15 years of work experience in the banking and private equity industry.

Adesuwa Rhodes started her career at Lehman Brothers Europe, as a capital market operator and she has since then advised on a total of $6 billion worth of structured credit & M&A transactions across developed & emerging markets including Nigeria. Her career within the financial services industry has spanned across various institutions where she held leadership positions including J.P Morgan, Syntaxis Capital Africa, as Managing Partner.

Adesuwa Rhodes is the Founder & CEO of Aruwa Capital Management, a leading growth equity investment firm and is equally a Director of Wemy Industries, Agroeknor International, Koolboks SAS. 

She holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol.
