Mr. Adeniyi Adekoya is a seasoned corporate executive and independent non-executive director with over three decades of leadership experience spanning the banking, energy, fintech, maritime, and security sectors. He brings to the Board a proven track record in business development, strategic policy formulation, project management, and corporate governance.

 Mr. Adekoya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Lagos and has completed several executive education programs at prestigious institutions, including the Harvard Business School, the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and the London Business School, where he undertook courses in Mergers & Acquisitions, Digital Innovation Strategy, and Leading Digital Transformation.

 He served as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Access Bank Plc from 2017 to March 2025, contributing significantly to board governance and strategic oversight.

Mr. Adekoya is a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS).
